Signage

Our in-house printing capabilities allow us to handle all of your signage needs. Whether you would like vinyl applied to the exterior of the coach, or simply signs to direct passengers on where they should go, we are prepared to handle any of your requests. We can even supplement the printing with our in-house graphic design capabilities.  

Onsite Coordinator

A member of Fabulous Coach Lines’ management team will be onsite at all times to coordinate the convention shuttle. The coordinator will ensure the shuttle is running smoothly and the passengers are happy. He or she will monitor the number of passengers on each route and ensure that proper adjustments are made if necessary. Our customer will have access to a 24-hour emergency contact line, direct to the dispatcher or coordinator, and will be able communicate their needs with the comfort of an immediate response and the knowledge action steps will be promptly taken.  

Onsite Dispatch

Our onsite dispatch team will work hand in hand with our coach operators and the onsite coordinator to ensure the shuttle runs without a hitch. The dispatchers will be in constant contact with the operators, monitoring their progress and the flow of the shuttle. The dispatchers have the ability to work with the customers for onsite “fine-tuning”, and adjust our coach movements accordingly.

Mobile Command Center

Fabulous Coach Lines has the unique advantage of a fully integrated mobile command center. Our “moving office” is an entirely functional, mobile version of our North Florida Headquarters, and can be onsite during the convention. The mobile command center will assist with the coordination and dispatching of the convention coaches along with any other customer needs. With the added benefit of our onsite office we can handle nearly any situation that might arise. 

Load Capacity Reporting

Fabulous Coach Lines will compile detailed load reports with data from each motorcoach, route, and the onsite coordinator to detail the efficiency of the shuttle. By analyzing this data, and providing it for the customer, we can ensure we are prepared for high load factor times by positioning the coaches appropriately. An example would be ensuring a higher percentage of coaches are staged at the convention center during the late afternoon/evening hours as that is when most of the conventioneers will be returning to their respective hotels.

Boarding Zones with Red Carpet Treatment and Umbrella Loading

We want your attendees to experience our namesake, even if it is just for a short convention shuttle. We will set-up boarding zones at each load and unload point, complete with a red carpet and an operator who is equipped with a passenger umbrella. The red carpet treatment will ensure the conventioneers get the day off to a great start, and finish the day on a positive note. We want your convention to go as perfectly as you’ve imagined, and ensuring Fabulous treatment from start to finish is one of the ways that we ensure it does.
